RF AB Series (Alkyl Benzene)
RF AB Series is a premium synthetic alkylbenzene refrigeration oil for HCFC systems such as R-22, particularly R-22 screw compressors in chillers, industrial refrigeration and process cooling. Available in RF-AB 68, 100 and 150.
Product details
RF AB Series is made from high-quality alkylbenzene base stocks with a carefully selected additive package. Compared with conventional mineral oils it offers superior oxidation stability, a lower floc point and better low-temperature performance, with single-phase miscibility with HCFC refrigerants (R-22, R-408A, R-409A, R-401A, R-402A, and R-12 in selected applications) for reliable oil return. Low foaming protects separator efficiency in screw compressors, and good thermal, chemical and hydrolytic stability minimises sludge, varnish and acid build-up. Choose RF-AB 68 for medium screw and reciprocating compressors, RF-AB 100 for large screw compressors and high-load duty, and RF-AB 150 for very large, heavy-duty industrial screw compressors. Not suitable for HFC/HFO refrigerants (use RF POE Series) or CO2 systems (use RF POE 85 CO2). Complies with GB16630-2012; 36-month shelf life when stored sealed.
Available sizes
Sold per box: 4 bottles of 4 litres (16 litres per box). Minimum order: 1 box. Quantity in the cart is the number of boxes. Please state the grade (RF-AB 68, 100 or 150) with your order.
